The Instructional Systems Designer will design and develop multi-media learning applications for several ILT, computer-based training, web-based training, and in-house programs. This position will utilize Instructional Systems Development (ISD) methodologies for all training materials developed. Additionally, the ISD will work closely with the ViewPointe Program Manager and client content subject matter experts to insure client requirements are included in the development of all courseware.

This position is responsible for coordinating the efforts of several courses related to Emergency Management Systems (EMS). This position will monitor and update course calendars and manage the scheduling of instructors who deliver EMS courses. This position works collaboratively at various levels with the client and ViewPointe Program personnel as well as other external contacts on the program including developing and implementing comprehensive written guidelines, policies and procedures.

The Program Manager is responsible for managing both long-term, short-term Learning Services for our Federal client. Management responsibilities include: client management, staff supervision, recruiting for and planning of client initiatives. The successful candidate is an individual capable of leading and directing the efforts of several expert resources while maintaining the operational goals and objectives of our client. The individual will maintain project plans, supervise billing procedures and ensure that all ViewPointe resources comply with Federal consulting guidelines. Finally, this individual will provide monthly profit/loss reports to senior ViewPointe Management.

The IT Program Manager will provide project management services including project plan development and maintenance, work breakdown structures, and schedules. This senior level role will also facilitate client meetings and further develop our on-site client relationships. Additional responsibilities include: client data center liaison, and assisting the client Project Manager with EVM tracking, reporting, planning, execution, and evaluation.

The Change Management Specialist will provide consultation on client change initiatives, i.e. developing new systems, procedures or changes in organizational practices and requirements. Effectively collaborates with client leadership, senior ViewPointe change management staff, and training personnel. Using industry best-practices, assists the Change Management PM with developing a change management strategy based on the details and impact on the groups undergoing change.
